Powdered sugar

Baileys® Irish Cream

Heavy cream 36 % fat, beaten
Preparation
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
- Add the sugar and Baileys and mix well.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
