Nougat and Nut Cream

Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 500 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 200 g Nougat nut spread, e.g. Nutella®
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Rum , to taste
  • 250 ml Heavy cream 36 % fat, beaten
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ smooth.
2.
Add the nougat, milk and rum and mix well.
3.
Fold in the whipped cream.
