Ingredients

For 400 g

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 100ml

    Olive oil

  • 4tbsp

    Water

  • 5

    Garlic clove(s), finely chopped

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
  2. Add the remainig ingredients, season to taste and mix well.
