Ham Mousse

Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip, chilled

  • 150ml

    Milk

  • 200g

    Ham, finely chopped

  • 15g

    Horseradish, finely grated

  • 10g

    Parsley, finely chopped

  • 15g

    Mustard

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt

  • 1pinch(es)

    White pepper

Preparation

  1. Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth and ensure that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
  2. Add the vegetable stock and ham and continue to whisk at top speed until the required volume has been achieved.
  3. Add the horse radish, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
