
Ingredients
For 4 portions
- 125g - QimiQ Sauce Base 
- 70g - Onion(s), brunoise 
- 5g - Garlic, finely chopped 
- 20g - Butter 
- 400g - Savoy cabbage, diced 
- 50ml - White wine 
- 100ml - Clear vegetable stock 
- 1pinch(es) - Salt and pepper 
- 1small pinch(es) - Nutmeg, grated 
- 1small pinch(es) - Caraway seed powder, ground 
Preparation
- Fry the onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add the cabbage and sauté lightly for a short time.
- Douse with the white wine and vegetable stock.
- Finish with the QimiQ Sauce Base, season to taste and serve.
