Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 390° F (conventional oven).
- Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cook the vegetables in water with butter until firm to the bite.
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the eggs and seasoning and mix well.
- Add the diced ham and vegetables and mix well.
- Line a greased and floured baking dish with the puff pastry.
- Pour the vegetable mixture onto the pastry and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for approx. 10 minutes, portion and serve.
