QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Liver sausage, coarse
125g
Cream cheese

Cranberries, dried, finely sliced
75g
Pistachios, finely chopped

Ham, 6 slices
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
- Add the liver sausage and cream cheese and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Line a terrine mold with plastic film followed by a layer of ham and fill with the liver sausage mixture.
- Seal well with plastic film and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
