Preparation
- Preheat an oven to 220 °C (conventional oven).
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the pizza cheese, egg white, olive oil and salt and mix well.
- Pour into a piping bag, and pipe around the rim of the pizza.
- Fold the rim over to encase the filling and press hard to seal.
- Cover the pizza dough with the tomato puree and top with the mozzarella slices.
- Cover with the mushrooms, peppers and salami and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes.
