Streaky bacon, brunoise

Savoy cabbage, diced

White wine

Vegetable stock

Salt and pepper

Nutmeg, grated
1small pinch(es)
Caraway seed powder

QimiQ Sauce Base
Preparation
- Fry the onion, garlic and bacon until soft. Add the cabbage and sauté lightly for a short time.
- Douse with the white wine and vegetable stock. Season well. Cover and simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
- Finish with the cold QimiQ Classic, season to taste and serve.
