    QimiQ Sauce Base

  • 50g

    Sugar

  • 5cl

    Rum

  • 0.5pcs

    Vanilla pod(s), scraped

  • 125ml

    Whipping cream 36 % fat

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and continue to cook until the required consistency has been achieved.
