Ingredients

    QimiQ Whip, room temperature

  • 250g

    Butter, softened

  • 100g

    Shallot(s), finely diced

  • 8pcs

    Dried apricots, finely diced

  • 1tsp

    Curry powder

  • 1tsp

    Sambal Oelek

  • 0.5bunch(es)

    Cilantro / coriander, finely chopped

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt

  • 1pinch(es)

    Cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the butter and whisk with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and season to taste.

Hints

  • This butter mixture can be used immediately, or be frozen for later use.
