QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Pineapple, diced
100ml
Pineapple juice
150ml
Batida de Coco

Sugar
Lemon juice

Whipping cream 36% fat
Preparation
- Bring the pineapple, pineapple juice, Batida de Coco and sugar to the boil and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Allow to cool.
- Blend the pineapple mixture, QimiQ Classic and lemon juice with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and chill for approx. 4 hours.
