For the balls

QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Cream cheese

Pumpernickel, crumbled
For the baked tomatoes

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation
- For the balls: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the cream cheese, cress, salt and pepper and mix well. Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
- Salt the tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and allow to stew in the hot oven at 280 °F (conventional oven) until soft.
- Form the chilled QimiQ mixture into small balls, roll in the pumpernickel crumbs and serve with the tomatoes.
