Ingredients for 840 g
  • 500 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 340 g Beetroot, cooked
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 dash of White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Orange(s), finely grated zest
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, ground
  • Cumin, ground
Method
1.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth and season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin.

Fill into moulds and allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
