Whisky Cream Liqueur

Ingredients for 900 ml
  • 150 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Whisky
  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp Instant coffee powder
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Blend the QimiQ Classic, milk, whisky, cocoa powder, icing sugar and coffee powder together until smooth.
3.
Pour into bottles, seal well and store chilled. Shake well before serving.
