Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 250 g Low fat yogurt
  • 150 g Oat flakes
  • 200 g Carrots, finely grated
  • 150 g Apple(s), finely diced
  • 100 ml Apple juice
  • 50 g Almonds, grated
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the yogurt, oatmeal, carrot, apple, apple juice, almonds, lemon juice and maple syrup and mix well.
3.
Sweeten with the liquid sweetener to taste.
