Basil Panna Cotta

Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 500 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 50 g Basil leaves, blanched
  • Lemon peel, grated
Method
1.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
2.
Strain, pour into moulds or dessert glasses and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
