Ingredients for 3102 g
  • 500 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 2000 ml Milk
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 100 g Dextrose
  • 100 g Ice cream stabilizer Cremodan 30
  • 2 g Salt
Method
1.
Mix all the ingredients well with a mixer.
2.
Allow to chill for 10 minutes.
3.
Fill into an ice cream maker and use as required.

  • Prepare, freeze and serve
  • For daily use
  • Not for long term freezing
