  • 56 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 224 g Smoked trout fillet , flaked
  • 113 g Mascarpone
  • 42 g Scallion
  • Lemon juice and zest
  • 14 g Dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1.

Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth.

2.

Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.

3.

Serve chilled with rye croutons or crusty bread.
