American Cheese Cake (Saudi)

Ingredients for 1 pieces
  • 300 g QimiQ Classic
  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 20 g Corn flour / starch
  • 90 g Yoghurt 10 % fat
  • 120 g Whole egg(s)
  • Vanilla bean, to taste
Method
1.

Whisk the QimiQ Classic smooth.

2.

Whisk the Cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

3.

Mix with the other ingredients and the QimiQ Classic and mix well.

4.

Bake in a water bath at 100°C for approximately 40 - 45 min.
