  • 150 g QimiQ Classic, cold
  • 200 g Valrhona Milk Chocolate Feves 40 % Jivara, melted
Method

Whisk the cold QimiQ Whip and cold QimiQ Classic together until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).

Add the melted chocolate and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved.
