Leek and Bacon Topping

Ingredients for 928 g
  • 280 g QimiQ Cream Base
  • 105 g Cheese, grated
  • 75 g Yellow cheddar cheese, grated
  • 150 g Streaky bacon, diced
  • 160 g Leek, cut into strips
  • 130 g Cocktail onions, coarsely chopped
  • 20 g Dijon mustard
  • 4 g Salt
  • 0.5 g Pepper, ground
  • 3 g Smoked hot paprika powder
Method
1.

Mix the QimiQ Sauce Base and the grated cheese until a fine texture is achieved.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
