Ingredients for 1 kg
  • 520 g QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 160 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 ml Milk or cream
Method
1.

Mix the QimiQ Whip, sugar, fat and milk in a pan.

2.

Heat the ingredients to 80 °C and remove from the heat.

3.

Fill into vacuum bags.

4.

Chill overnight to 5 °C.
