Method
1.
Mehl und Staubzucker in einen Rührkessel geben.
2.
QimiQ Classic und Milch auf 80°C erwärmen und unter ständigem rühren zugeben.
3.
Palmin und Essig zugeben.
4.
Teig bei Stufe 2 fünf Minuten rühren lassen.
5.
3-4 Stunden im Kühlschrank rasten lassen.
