Ingredients for 1 2 pints
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic
  • 450 g Beetroot, cooked
  • 350 ml Orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 250 g Natural yogurt
  • 250 g Celery
  • 150 g Cucumber(s)
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • pinch(es) Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 dash of White wine vinegar
Method
1.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
2.
Pour the mixture into glasses or cups, decorate as required and serve.
