Method
1.
Sauté the onion, celery and garlic in the butter. Add the tomato paste and spices and continue to fry.

Add the wine, vermouth, sherry, lobster base and anchovis and bring to the boil. Stir in the QimiQ Sauce Base and continue to cook until the required consistency has been achieved.
