Method
1.
Pumpernickelbrot mit dem 6,3 cm Formring ausstechen.
2.
Kartoffel pressen, Ungekühltes QimiQ glatt rühren, Kartoffel, Eierschwammerl,Sauerrahm und Gewürze beimengen und gut abschmecken.
3.
Pumpernickel und Kartoffel- Eierschwammerlmousse schichtweise in die 6,3 cm Formringe geben.
4.
Mindestens 4 Stunden kühlen (im Idealfall über Nacht).
